• Trained in fields like Occupational or Physical Therapy, Special Needs Education or Pediatric Nursing from their home country
• Our special needs au pair candidates want to gain experience in American Culture while continuing a career working with special needs children
• 12$/h average cost for 45 hours per week of childcare per family (including healthcare and pay to the AuPair)
