Start your application

The host family application will help us get to know you better. How many children do you have? What are their ages and care needs? What is your family's personality, likes and dislikes? We want to have a complete understanding of the type of care your family requires and what special skills and experience you are looking for.

Find your favorite candidates

Apex PROaupair does not simply work off of a database with thousands of candidates. We work with the perfect number of candidates - large enough to provide a strong selection, yet small enough for our staff to be very familiar with each candidate. Our system lets you contact your favorite candidates. Or, you can ask your Matching Specialist to make expert recommendations for you.

Conduct interviews and make a match

A thorough, thoughtful interview is a must when hiring your childcare provider. The interview is your opportunity to speak directly with a candidate and learn more about his or her background, experience and compatibility with your family. Apex PROaupair provides you with helpful information and tips so your time spent interviewing will be productive and informative.

Apex PROaupair manages arrival logistics

Apex PROaupair manages all of the details of your Care Professional's arrival, usually in as little as four weeks. Once your Care Professional is in the U.S., our team is here to provide you with great support all year long.
