Apex PROaupair's Annual Program Fee Includes the Following:
- Recruiting and personal interviews in the Au Pair's home country
- Criminal Background check, screening and reference check in the Au Pair's home country
- Psychometric testing, medical-history check, driving record check
- Transcript evaluation for all documents required
- Application Processing
- Partial J-1 visa processing
- Basic medical insurance for your Au Pair during her stay
- International round-trip air fare
- Administrative and local support service for the duration of your program
- Family days for Au Pairs and families
- Monitoring of Au Pairs
- Rematching service (in case a replacement Au Pair is required to fulfill a host family's contract year)
Au Pair orientation and training including:
- Child development training
- Child safety training
- Cross cultural communication skills
Host Family Obligations
You will be expected to comply with the terms of the Au pair Program, which means paying for:
- Room and board for the Au Pair
- Weekly stipend paid to the Au Pair
- Domestic transfer fee
- Car insurance for the Au Pair
- Car for the Au Pair to use, or allowance for public transportation if not providing use of car
- Educational allowance for tuition and course materials
- Other costs that may be associated with making the Au Pair feel like a member of your family
